We will waive the first 3 months of your membership. You only need to join us before 31 January 2026.
Where to start?
By joining FAANZ, you agree to comply with union requirements and to be covered by the FAANZ Collective Employment Agreement (CEA). This includes:
* Authorising membership fee deductions from your payslip
* Joining the FAANZ Discord platform, which is our primary and official communication channel for members
* Protecting member security and confidentiality by not screenshotting, copying, or sharing content from Discord to other social media platforms. If you are on an Individual Employment Agreement or coming from another fleet, you are welcome to join us.
What happens next?
What Happens Next
* Once you have completed the application form, your application will be processed within 24 hours.
* You will then receive an email containing your Discord invitation link.
* A digital FAANZ ID will be issued to you by private message on Discord within 5 days.
* You are required to download the Discord app on your mobile or tablet, or visit discord.com to create an account. Detailed instructions will be emailed once your application has been processed.
* You will transfer to the FAANZ Collective Employment Agreement (CEA) at the start of the next pay cycle (within two weeks).
* You will be covered under the FAANZ umbrella immediately upon processing of your application.
